Mongolian Yoga & Sacred Practice
Born on the steppe. Trained across Asia for over a decade. Teaching the yoga of sky, earth, and breath. Available online worldwide.
Zola Purevsuren was born in Mongolia and has spent over a decade in practice across many traditions and teachers throughout Asia. Her path moves through Mongolian cultural roots, Tibetan Buddhist influences, and Indian yoga philosophy. Drawn from many traditions and teachers.
Mongolian yoga is not a new invention. It is a rediscovery: the recognition that the human body has always known how to align with the forces of nature. The steppe teaches through scale and silence. Sky above, earth below, the body as the bridge between them.
Zola teaches one-to-one and in groups, online worldwide. She is also open to guest teaching, residencies, studio collaborations and international employment opportunities.
Movement is not limited to a studio. Nature, travel and direct experience are part of how Zola explores presence, freedom and embodied awareness.

I grew up in Mongolia, where the sky is not a background. It is a presence. The steppe teaches you very quickly that the body is not separate from what surrounds it. There is no inside and outside. There is only breath, and what breath connects.
What I noticed, moving across traditions, is that they all point toward the same thing. Mongolian Tengriism, Tibetan Buddhist practice, Indian yoga - each arrives at the same understanding from a different direction. The body as a meeting point. Breath as the original act of prayer.
I offer practice, real and steady, and my presence while we do it together.
